5★★★★★ - "Gary and his team were awesome from start to finish.  We needed our entire attic floor redone including the stairs leading to the attic – and decided to stop covering the hard wood floors with carpet.  Gary came out and looked over the entire area – he discussed the process from start to finish – including all the details involved in pulling up the carpet, sanding, staining, and finishing.   He patiently went over various options and how price would be impacted.  He was not pushy – just explained our options and gave his opinion if we asked.  His pricing was better than I could have hoped for – less expensive than laying new carpeting. 
 
One a plan and price were agreed upon, Gary and his team set a date to start and they were prompt.  They completed the whole project tin five days – including a small hardwood repair job on the floor in my home office!  They were very efficient and professional in their work, through in detail, and kept us informed as to progress of the job and any unforeseen issues that developed.  Thei final price was actually less than his estimate as stairwell did not need as much work as expected and he reduced the price accordingly. 
 
The end result was fantastic – as my wife says “the attic is now the best looking floors in the house”.  As our entire house is hardwood flooring, I guess tha means we will have more work for Gary and hit team.  And we will – I will certainly call on Gary for all of our future hardwood floor refinishing jobs and I hghly recommend Clement Hardwood Flooring to anyone and everyone needed wood floors refinished or new floors installed.  They are the most professional group in this area I have ever dealt with!"
